Travel Agent Affiliate Program
This document prepares the program terms. An application is not acceptance of this draft. Affiliates cannot activate, receive a live referral link, or receive payouts until the agreement is finalized and required services are connected.

1. Parties, eligibility, and application
The proposed program connects Hello Horizons LLC with approved independent U.S.-based travel agents and agencies who refer customers to Hello Horizons’ Travel Pass. Applicants must be adults with capacity and authority to act for the named payee. Application review may include business identity, promotion channels, agency permission, tax eligibility, and payout verification. Submitting an application does not create an affiliate relationship or start the 90-day activity period.
There is no application fee, required purchase, guaranteed income, or compensation for recruiting other agents. Affiliates do not become employees, joint venturers, franchisees, or representatives authorized to bind Hello Horizons LLC, collect payments for it, or promise product availability. Actual legal classification remains subject to applicable law.
2. Referral and commission rules
Your commission
20% of successful Travel Pass payments, excluding taxes and refunded amounts. Processor fees do not reduce the commission. Travel Pass is $39.99/month; one full payment earns $8.00 after rounding. Standard language subscriptions and free introductions do not qualify.
Referral credit
The last eligible agent link within 30 days before a customer’s first Travel Pass purchase gets credit. That agent keeps recurring attribution, including cancellation and later reactivation. Later links do not automatically replace an existing agent. Each qualifying customer is counted once.
When you are paid
Payout runs are planned for the 15th for eligible commissions at least 30 days old. The minimum is $25; smaller balances carry forward. Identity, tax, and payout requirements must be complete. No earnings are guaranteed.
Refunds and disputes
Full refunds reverse commissions; partial refunds reduce them proportionally. Disputed amounts are held until resolved and reversed if lost. Already-paid adjustments offset future commissions with an explanation.
Keep your account active
Get at least one active paying Travel Pass customer within 90 days of approval and maintain one afterward. An established agent who loses their last active customer has 30 days to recover before affiliate-account closure. Canceled renewal still counts until paid access ends.
Fair participation
No self-referrals, fraudulent or duplicate accounts, misleading claims, or commissions for recruiting agents. Agency applicants must be authorized to act for the proposed payee. No purchase is required to apply.
Customer privacy
Agents will see referral/payment eligibility information needed to administer referrals, not private lessons, conversations, or personal disclosures. Do not upload a traveler list with your application.
Leaderboard
The leaderboard is planned to show a chosen public display name, rank, and active-customer count, plus your position. It will not show payments or earnings. Display names are subject to review.
Tracking must be connected before referral links become active. Lost tracking, duplicate identity, attribution disputes, and exceptions require documented manual review; there is no promise that an untracked recommendation automatically earns credit.
3. Marketing and permitted use
Use only authorized brand materials and accurate, current descriptions of available services. Clearly disclose the financial relationship near each recommendation or referral link. In video and audio, provide a disclosure the audience can perceive in that format. Example: “I earn a commission if you purchase Hello Horizons through my link.”
No deceptive testimonials, fabricated results, guaranteed fluency, earnings claims, impersonation, or unauthorized use of another person’s likeness. Follow applicable advertising, endorsement, email, telephone, and text-message requirements and respect opt-outs. This application does not authorize any marketing texts, calls, or email campaigns. Do not send purchased or scraped contact lists. Paid search, brand-keyword bidding, coupon placements, sub-affiliates, and unapproved incentives require written program permission before use.
Any permission to use Hello Horizons branding is limited to approved program promotion. Brand assets and course materials remain owned by their respective owners. Affiliates may not copy or redistribute paid lessons or represent themselves as the teaching platform.
4. Identity, tax, and payment setup
The legal payee must match verified onboarding records. A valid W-9 or compliant substitute is required for applicable U.S. payees; an appropriate W-8 and additional review may be needed for non-U.S. tax persons. Certification, tax IDs, identity evidence, bank information, and electronic tax-document delivery consent will be collected through a separately configured secure process. This page is not a tax form or a tax certification.
Hello Horizons LLC remains responsible for determining its tax reporting and withholding obligations. Processor verification alone does not establish W-9 completion or fulfill annual 1099 filing. Do not assume a 1099-K replaces reporting of affiliate compensation. Applicable reporting thresholds, exemptions, federal/state filings, backup withholding, corrections, and delivery must be checked for each tax year and payment arrangement.
Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes as applicable. Missing or invalid information can prevent activation or delay payouts and may require legally mandated withholding. No bank or tax details should be emailed or entered into the application.
5. Account security and customer information
Protect account access and report suspected misuse through the program’s published support channel once available. Do not share login credentials. Affiliates receive only authorized referral and eligibility information; they do not receive private learner conversations, lesson histories, or personal disclosures. Do not submit travelers’ personal information with an application.
6. Changes, suspension, termination, and disputes — decisions pending
The final agreement must specify notice of changes, how an affiliate can close the account, termination for misconduct, handling of disputes and appeals, and reinstatement. Account inactivity follows the approved 90-day first-customer and 30-day recovery rules above.
7. Signing and records — implementation pending
After the document is finalized, present the full agreement separately from marketing consent. Capture the signer’s name and authority, account identity, agreement version and exact document/hash, affirmative acceptance, and server timestamp. Provide a downloadable copy and retain the signed version. Tax certification and consent for electronic tax-document delivery require their own compliant process and cannot be inferred from general agreement acceptance.
Application privacy notice
Hello Horizons LLC (Florida, United States) uses your application and account email to evaluate and administer the affiliate program. Authorized management can review it; it is stored in private Wix site records. Do not enter customer information, tax IDs, identification documents, or bank details. No advertising emails, texts, or calls are authorized by this application. Your signed-in account lets you review and correct a draft or withdraw an application. Withdrawal stops the application; previously submitted records may be retained for legitimate business or legal requirements. No automated retention schedule is configured yet.

Public display names and active-customer counts are planned for the affiliate leaderboard after activation. Emails, legal tax names, payout details, and earnings are not leaderboard fields. The final privacy notice must document service providers, access controls, retention/deletion rules, rights-request handling, and the published support contact channel.
