APPROVED SWITCHING RULE
Before 25%.
A clear way to measure it.
How progress is measured
Progress = completed required milestones ÷ total required milestones in the plan fixed at enrollment × 100.
- Required milestones have recorded completion criteria; opening a page or spending time does not count.
- Each required milestone counts once. Replays, optional games, streaks, and review repetitions do not add credit.
- One language uses that course’s required milestone plan.
- A multi-stop Travel Pass uses one combined required plan for the whole trip, not a separate reset for each stop.
- Use the exact fraction for eligibility. Do not use the rounded percentage shown on a dashboard.
No reset shortcut
Keep completion history and the enrollment plan version. A request, plan edit, reset, or renewal must not silently erase progress or re-enable switching. Post-switch credit mapping, destination additions, repeated switches, and trip replacement need explicit rules before a real switch can run.
Try the boundary

Production enforcement still to build
The server must validate paid access, consent where applicable, the original plan and completion evidence in one consistent decision. The browser calculator is not authorization. Successful switches need an audit trail and must preserve prior work.
